If you are bored at home and your mind is eating some spicy food, then you can make samosas in a very easy way at home.

Ingredients for dough :

 Maida

 -

 400gm

 Refined oil

 -

 1 cup

 Salt

 -

 1 teaspoon

 Carom (celery Seeds)

 -

 1 teaspoon

 Water

 -

 1/2 cup


Ingredients for Samosa :

 Boiled Potato

 -

 500 gm

 Paneer (optional)

 -

 100 gm

 peas

 -

 100 gm

 Ginger Paste

 -

 1.5 teaspoon

 Green Chilli

 -

 1/2 teaspoon

 Coriander Leaf

 -

 1 bowl

 Roasted Coriander Seeds

 -

 1.5 teaspoon

 Coriander Powder

 -

 1/2 teaspoon

 Roasted Cumin Seed

 -

 1 teaspoon

 Cumin Powder

 -

 1/2 teaspoon

 Red Chilli Powder

 -

 1/2 teaspoon

 Black pepper

 -

 1/4 teaspoon

 Turmeric Powder

 -

 1/2 teaspoon

 Garam Masala

 -

 1/4 teaspoon

 Mustered oil

 -

 5 teaspoon

 Roasted Fennel

 -

 1.5 teaspoon


Other Ingredients :

Water for sealing the samosa.
Oil for deep frying samosa.

Step of making  Dough :

1. Take a bowl and add 300 gm  Maida and now we will add salt and celery will mix it now.
2. Now we will add oil into the flour.
3. Slowly add water to the flour and prepare a hard dough.
4.  Now, leave it to rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step of making Samosa Stuffing :

1. We will put the pan on the gas and after heating, add oil to it.
2. After heating the oil, add ginger paste to it.
3. After the ginger is fried, add green chili.
4. Now we'll put peas in it and fry it well. 
5. Now add salt, Now add coriander powder, turmeric.
6. powder, red chili powder, black pepper, and garam masala.
7. Now we'll put the boiled potatoes in it and mix it well.
8. Now add paneer and mix it well.
9. Now add crushed roasted coriander seeds and roasted cumin seeds powder and mix it well.
10. Now turn off the gas and add coriander leafs into the potatoes and mix well. Will leave to cool down for a while.

Step of fill Stuffing in Samosa :

1. After 20 minutes take the dough and put oil on it and knead it again.
2. Take a ball size dough and pour oil on it.
3. Take this dough and make a circle-oval kind of shape and then cut it into two-part. 
4. Take one part dough and apply water on the side. Now
take both the corners and pinch them together.
5. Now it will look like a cone.fil the cone with the potato stuffing around 1 to 2 tablespoon. Don't fill over stuffing in samosa.
6. Apply water on its edge. Pull back and create a pleat now seal its edge tightly.
7. Now it's ready for deep fry.

Step of fry Samosa :

1. Take a pan and heat at high flame. 
2. Now put 1 liter of oil in it, you can reduce the oil also. 
3. Now we will heat the oil at high flame and after heating, it will flame to medium.
4. Now put samosa in the pan and fry it till the golden brown. 
5. After being light brown, samosa will remove it from the pan. 
6. Keep in mind that the flame of the gas should be medium.
