Sweet chutney recipe

If you want to eat spicy and sweet chutney with snacks in the evening, then you can make chutney at the very lowest prices. You can serve this chutney with any snacks such as potato Tikki, chaat, panipuri, dahi bade, burgers, sandwiches, french fries, and many other types of breakfast.

Ingredients of Chutney:

 Water

-

 250ml

 Dry mango powder

-

 1/2 cup

 Sugar

-

 1 cup

 Celery

- 

 2 teaspoons

 Garam masala

-

 1/2 teaspoon

 Chaat Masala

-

 1 teaspoon

 pepper

-

 1/2 teaspoon

 maize flour

-

 2 tablespoons


How to make Chutney:

1. Take a pan and keep it on the gas. Now add 250ml water to it.

2. Now add mango powder to that water and heat it well till it comes to a boil.

3. After boiling mango powder, add celery, garam masala, black pepper, chaat masala and let it cook.

4. After a minute, add sugar to it and it will cook well until it thickens.

5. After the sugar dissolves well, now add cornflour solution (take a bowl of water and add cornflour) to it slowly as it will thicken the sauce.

6. To see if the sauce is ready, add a spoonful of sauce to your plate and curl the plate. If the sauce does not spread on the plate, it means the sauce is ready.

7. Turn off the gas when the sauce thickens.

8. Chutney is ready, you can eat it with samosas or any snacks.
